Where are Navedas’ offices located?
Los Angeles, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar, India. We are currently working on opening new centers in United States.
Is Navedas ISO-9001 certified?
Yes
Does Navedas have any other certifications?
Navedas is certified to meet ISO-27001:2013, which is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. We are currently working to receive PCI Certification.

Would Navedas’ employees only work for my company or are they "shared resources” who will work for multiple clients?
Unless you hire dedicated agents, resources are shared among other clients.
Do you provide “backup resources” if my dedicated resource falls sick or goes on leave?
We do provide backup resources at no additional cost.
What’s the lead time to launch a new program or a new team?
10 business days
Do I have to pay for the pilot program?
It depends on the size and scope of the pilot. Most pilot programs are offered free.
How do you handle training?
We have a global implementation and training team. We’ll work with you to schedule train-the-trainer sessions and utilize any existing training materials.
How do I track the progress of my project?
You have direct access to your team, daily reporting thru Jira or your application or any reporting applications you’d like us to use.
How does Navedas' track performance?
We have a 5-point measurement system to track against weekly and monthly goals. We have QA and Client Services teams, who work together and with you to make sure that you have a successful program.
What is the communication process between my company and the Navedas team?
Each team is assigned a Client Services Manager and an Operations Manager. We also provide multiple contacts depending on your requirement.
Do you also have dedicated agents working in the US?
Yes we have. We have shared and dedicated agents working out of our office location and home offices.
